TERMS OF SERVICE

You can sign in to VJ Studio using an email magic link or Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at hello@vj.studio.

You must be at least 13 years old to use VJ Studio. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

You keep ownership. Any audio you upload and any video we generate for you remains yours. We do not sell, publish, or distribute your content.

Limited license to us. By uploading audio, you grant VJ Studio a limited, temporary license to process your file solely for the purpose of generating your visualization. Audio files are deleted from our servers after rendering is complete.

You must have rights. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any audio you upload. Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.

VJ Studio offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Unlimited). Free accounts include a limited amount of audio processing credits.

Billing. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your paid plan until the end of the current billing period, then revert to the free tier.

Refunds. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@vj.studio.

VJ Studio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your specific expectations.

Liability limit. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VJ Studio's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The VJ Studio name, logo, website, and software are owned by Super Small Company, LLC. All rights reserved.

VJ Studio's visualization engine is built on ProjectM, an open-source project licensed under LGPL-2.1. Visual presets are created by community artists and remain the property of their respective creators. See our Credits & Licenses page for details.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For significant changes that affect your rights, we will notify you by email.

Continued use of VJ Studio after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable US federal and state law.

If you are located in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including the GDPR.

If you believe content on VJ Studio infringes your copyright, contact us at hello@vj.studio with:
