VJ Studio uses a 3-step process: first it searches a free lyrics database (LRCLIB) for synced lyrics. If none are found, it uses AI vocal separation (Demucs) followed by speech-to-text (Whisper) to transcribe lyrics directly from your audio.
Yes. When you upload your track, there's a toggle to enable or disable lyrics. If you turn it off, the video will have visuals only with no text overlay.
No problem. VJ Studio works with any audio file you upload -- it doesn't need your song to be on Spotify or Apple Music. Lyrics are transcribed directly from your audio using AI if they can't be found in a database.
